Digital Delivery Policy
AdForge is a digital product/service and does not involve physical shipping.
1. What is delivered
The purchased AdForge Pack is delivered digitally and contains advertising concepts generated from the product brief submitted by the customer.
2. Delivery method
Where the service flow provides a PDF download, the completed pack is made available through the website. The exact delivery experience may change as the service is improved.
3. Delivery timing
The website may state an estimated delivery period for the current service. Actual processing time can vary with system availability, brief complexity and operational conditions.
4. Failed download or access
If a completed purchase cannot be downloaded or accessed, contact support@kinvoro.com. We will work to restore access or provide the purchased digital deliverable.
5. No physical shipment
No physical product is packed, shipped or delivered by courier. There is therefore no physical shipping charge or shipping tracking number for an AdForge purchase.
