These terms describe the use of KINVORO AdForge and the purchase of its digital advertising concept service.
1. Service
AdForge provides AI-assisted advertising concepts based on information submitted by a customer about a product, audience, offer or campaign. The output is a creative starting point and is not a guarantee of advertising performance, sales, reach, approval or conversion.
2. Customer information
You are responsible for ensuring that the product information, claims, images, trademarks and other material you provide or use are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use AdForge to create unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing advertising. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for complying with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
4. Payment
The current advertised price for the AdForge Pack is ₹699 as a one-time payment. Any applicable taxes or payment-processing treatment will be shown at checkout where required.
5. Digital delivery
AdForge is a digital product/service. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery occurs electronically through the website or another digital method described at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
KINVORO retains rights in its website, software, templates and underlying systems. Customer-specific generated advertising concepts are supplied for the customer's advertising use, subject to applicable third-party rights and the customer's responsibility to review and adapt the material.
7. Availability and changes
We may update the service, website, pricing or features from time to time. We will not use changes to these terms to remove rights that have already accrued to a completed purchase where applicable law prevents us from doing so.
